I am an engineer and worked with Herber Plumbing a while back in a large residential complex. I was very pleasantly surprised at the installation that Herber Plumbing performed. Their work is neat, plumb, and very professional. I then used Herber to replace a water closet in my home and the mechanic that performed the work was neat and very professional. I can only say that Herber Plumbing is an outstanding contractor.

The team at Herber Plg is TOP NOTCH! From coordinating the installation, to following up prior to then installation day and then on the installation day, it was seamless. The team of installers arrived early, took out the old equipment and installed the new equipment efficiently and took the old equipment away.Mike, Tom and Kyle are the best! They were professional, neat and efficient. Local pluming company that truly cares and does what they say! Thank you Bob and The Herber Family!

This plumbing company is simply amazing. Scott was the service tech and he was professional; courteous ; on time and did the work fast and efficient. He is an asset to your company. This company is HONEST....reasonably priced....and a very reputable company. Today we had work done and I would recommend them to anyone who asks...so glad I found this company! !!!

Plumbers showed up as agreed. All 4 were clean, well mannered, professionally trained and quite proud of the work they were contracted to perform. The lead plumber (Tony) was extremely careful since this was the first Rheem Heat pump WH he had ever installed. He read all of the documentation completing the job with precision. I also had two Frost free hose bibs installed. A fourth person took care of this while the HWH was prepared. They were out of my house just under seven hrs. Very pleased.

Every once in a while, things in life go just right. Our family's experience with all the folks at Herber Plumbing was, and is, one of those moments where everything went according to plan. From the quoting stage through the planning, permits, and installation, the job performed by Bob and his crews and office personnel was seamless, and lacked the stress factor of tackling this conversion in the middle of winter. The price quoted was the price paid; the equipment promised was the equipment delivered; the installation date was met; the Town inspections were timely; and this was all done with a great attitude and friendly atmosphere. The installation crew members were on time, net and clean, and did a thoroughly professional job. My hat is off to Herber Plumbing.....I could not have made a better choice!
